How did you get our e-mail address when we did not request info ? We are not interested because it is a highrise development & we prefer a more intimate setting.

This is a small CCRC with about 250 residents. The main building has a gym, pool, hot tub, library, and game and craft rooms. Staff were all very friendly. Homes are very nice. There is a button in the master suite, which residents must push by 9:30 AM daily to notify staff they are OK. If they forget, they are called. If they don't answer their phone, staff comes and checks to make sure they are OK. We ate dinner at the main restaurant. The steak was cooked perfectly. The meal definitely exceeded my expectations.

The lady at the front gate is RUDE and reciprocates terribly. Talks out of turn and when asked a simple question, she is unable to stay on subject. This is not a great choice to have checking in people. Especially when she is the first person you greet upon arrival. Just ignorant!!

I work with a third party company, so I came here to help out.But upon arrival Thomas the security guard treated me terribly. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to verify who I was, so I called my job so they could inform Thomas that I was who I was said to be. I gave him my phone to talk to a representative from my job and after I was verified , I asked politely for my phone and he refused to give me my phone back. When I grabbed for my property, he pulled away and wouldn’t return my cellular device . He said “I’ll give it back when I’m finish” in a hateful mannerism. This was unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. I suggest that the staff should be taught how to treat people from all walks of life ….. other than that the facility is enormous & well kept !
