UPDATE#2: I really hope the company response is an automated response to the review because this is yet again another not true statement as I have informed corporate via the CEO, president, COO, and the VP of Resident and Employee Engagement my “concerns” I have with no true response from corporate. The one interaction we have had with corporate was with the Regional Vice President and to say she was disrespectful to us as a family and other staff present would be a large understatement. I will say the care staff do care about the residents and want and provide the best for them.<br><br>UPDATE: Poor communication at both the facility and corporate levels, frequent staff turnover over, and concerns about the clarity of billing and financial practices has made this a very poor experience for our family.

I cannot express how much I appreciate the level of support and care given at edgewood memory care. The staff really love their job and were always friendly and available. We felt confident leaving my father-in-law in their care. The rooms are nice and the meals and snacks were wonderful. He had plenty of activities he could partake in if he wanted and also the privacy of his own room.<br>Shout out also to Shannon Loehr, what a jem and a real advocate for our dear older ones.
