We've had multiple family members stay at ULC, and I have spent many hours visiting them. The staff felt like family, and they genuinely cared about their residents. They consistently do the right thing, even when no one is watching.<br><br>One example that stood out to me was when I observed a staff member grilling hot dogs. One accidentally fell on the ground, and instead of simply wiping it off and putting it back with the others, she made a point to dispose of it properly. That attention to detail and commitment to doing the right thing says a lot about the culture at ULC.<br><br>I also appreciate the little things they do for residents. They refer to bibs as "clothing protectors," which is more respectful and dignified, and they show classic TV programs in the dining room that residents enjoy, such as The Rifleman.<br><br>The meals looked amazing as well. Some of the menu items included Lemon Herb Baked Tilapia, Chicken Tenders, Sloppy Joes, Swedish Meatballs, and even a Shrimp Boil with shrimp, sausage, corn, and potatoes.<br><br>I highly recommend ULC. While I hope our family won't need their services again anytime soon, it's comforting to know that if we do, they will be there for us.
