The staff at Edenbrook Pine Haven have been absolutely wonderful in caring for my mom. Every interaction has been kind, patient, and respectful, and it’s clear they truly care about the residents as people, not just patients. Knowing my mom is treated with dignity and compassion gives our family tremendous peace of mind. I am deeply grateful for everything they do.

My father just left Pine Haven after a 23 day stay. The staff was excellent, the care was excellent and according to my father, the food was great each and every meal. The OT, PT and speech pathologist worked with him every weekday and he made slow, but good progress for being and 84 year old who was transferred there after brain surgery at Mayo. I would highly recommend this place for post surgical care.

RUN AWAY! State came in to take over. 2 times in 3 years. No one answers the phone. If u have someone here better get a camera in the room. Will go with not eating hot meals, no clothes changed, no cares done. Run away. Should be 0 stars. Do not be deceived. Can talk a good talk- going broke again and no cares done.

The nurses and aides do a great job of caring for residents the best they can under current circumstances. However, my family member has a mouse problem in her room and the DON didn't care to do anything about it. When we took action by placing mouse traps in hidden places, the DON said it was a "safety" hazard to other residents and would not allow us the leave them out. Resident rooms are never cleaned and the floors/SHARED bathrooms are disgusting.

My Mom is receiving hospice care here now. Very compassionate staff. Helped us transition to comfort care when it was so hard to do. Even though Mom was recieving hospice care from Mayo, they came in to check on her. Clean and well maintained. Thank you so much!!!
