Staffed with professional and kind staff who know their stuff! The facility is always well-kept and peaceful, and almost everyone was wearing a smile.

So unprofessionally rude. The higher ups have apsultly no consideration for the people who work here. I was trapped in a residents room by a night nurse Larose. Yelled at with no dignity or respect about a resident in her room by your night nurse. I spilled coffee while getting yelled at and was accused of throwing the coffee! UNBELIEVABLE. good lucky finding people to stay under those conditions. Its no wonder your having a hard time with staffing. What a mess. Most people don't appreciate being lied about and trapped in a residents room by a nurse especially when they have other residents that need their help. I myself don't speak Afrikan so I only got a few things she was yelling and shouting. And the residents speak English as well. That was horrible
