Nice living facility, the housing is decent, the nursing staff is knowledgeable and professional. The rest of the staff, on the other hand, are not. Take the dining hall for example. The wait staff are disinterested, disorganized, and regularly put food into the ordering system wrong. I worry that residents who stay here and rely on the dining hall for all meals are facing this service every day. Sometimes staff disappears and are nowhere to be found. My grandparents who live here are very reliant on the service here and I found it lacking, though the nursing staff are great. Extra star added for those lovely people.

We have friends living here. What a place. The grounds are gorgeous. There is a lot to do with game room ,exercise rooms and a library. We toured the buildings and saw lots of groups of residents seeming to have fun

My dad is currently a patient at the short term rehab facility. He has complained that the staff is not very nice. I visited, and there were towels on the floor (fall hazzard). Not sure how often they come in to tidy up, but he said it's not very often. Maybe provide a laundry basket in the bathroom. Thin bedding, lousy food. Do better.

Nursing staff are great, Administration is solid and know the residents very well, Staff are very helpful and nice to residents, and EVS team is rock stars!! Fabulous facility with a ton of things to do!!
