My mother recently spent 30 days at EdenHill Communities following a lengthy stay at PAM Specialty Hospital in Luling, and our family could not be more grateful for the care she received. From the skilled nursing team to the rehabilitation staff, every aspect of her experience exceeded our expectations. The quality of care, professionalism, attention to detail, and resources available at EdenHill were truly outstanding. Throughout her stay, my mother had no complaints and consistently spoke highly of the staff who cared for her. We were also impressed by the facility itself. Family members and friends who visited were amazed by the welcoming environment, cleanliness, and the team's dedication. Most importantly, my mother made tremendous progress in her physical rehabilitation and was discharged on schedule, giving our family the confidence and encouragement we needed to successfully bring her home. We sincerely appreciate everyone at EdenHill Communities for helping my mother regain her strength and independence. We highly recommend EdenHill Communities to anyone seeking skilled nursing or rehabilitation services for a loved one. Thank you for making such a positive difference in our family's life.

Here's the question you want answered, why did we move to EdenHill? We lived in a two story home on over an acre of land; the joy of maintaining the grounds, painting, doing maintenance and repairs, and using a 32 foot ladder for window washing became a chore after I turned 80 years of age. So, when we received an invitation for a meal at the Army Residence Center we jumped at the opportunity to visit; everything including the food and the facility tour was great. But, we decided to make a visit to EdenHill since our home and circle of friends were in New Braunfels, The EdenHill visit went so well that we put down our $2,500 deposit to wait for a cottage to become available. In the mean time Harvey needed a hip replacement, which was delayed for 90 days, so he urgently need to regain strength and balance after the surgery. What a blessing that we had planned to move to EdenHill. By participating in the exercise programs, both strength and balance returned. Water Aerobics, Strong and Steady, and Chair Volleyball fill every square for longevity; you get socialization and mindful exercise that keeps both the mind and body sharp and strong. Because of his increase in strength, Harvey was able to perform the Heimlich Maneuver on a chocking Lady, for which he received a Red Cross Live saving Award. He has also lifted several people who fell, avoiding a call to EMS. There are numerous events available for socialization; maybe the best is during dining where you get to meet the residents who have come from all over the US! My wife SuzAnne and I have been happy residents of Eden Hill Communities, living as Independent Living Residents in the Village of Eden Hill over 6 years. We have enjoyed the wonderful caring culture of this faith based community offering an array of spiritual, social, physical & academic activities not to mention the great food offerings from the Hill Top Bistro and the Terrace Dining Room. As expected this continuous care retirement community has fullfilled its promise to provide us with the care needed as we have aged beyond 85. The Health Care Facilities are staffed with professional , caring personnel nurtured in the caring culture of this 115 year old community.

Recently moved my mother from an assisted living facility in San Antonio to the Bluebonnet section of Eden Hill. The administrative employees, rehabilitation crew, medical and skilled nursing services are wonderful to have on site when trying to make a loved one as comfortable as possible in their final days. Thanks for making this very difficult time in our lives more manageable.

My parents lived at EdenHill for almost 10 years, and always thought it was the absolute best place they could have found for their last home. They enjoyed the environs, their fellow residents, and the staff. Mostly they felt welcome and cared for. The staff went above and beyond in attending to their individual needs, and were willing to do what it took for them to "age in place." They loved it there. And the family appreciated everything that was done for our parents.
