My mother has been at Eden for over a year! They have been quite good to her. They truly care for her! We have family and friends in daily and everyone is friendly and respectful. It is kept clean and smelling fresh. We’ve gotten to know many of the care team by first name. Definitely two thumbs up for Eden at Crestview.

My mother came to Eden two years ago after being kicked out of another facility where she had resided for almost 9 years. At that time, I was informed by the facility my mother was going to have to leave within the next week or so by a medical tech, not the director, because they could not take care of her anymore... she came back from the hospital in a wheelchair. From day one, our Experience at Eden has been absolutely wonderful, excellent, and the director has gone above and beyond to insure our happiness. Tanja has been absolutely fabulous from day one; that being from the day I went to get my mother a new place to live since she was kicked out until now. Tanja was expedient in resolving the situation, and has been professional, caring and loving since our first meeting; this resolve was exactly what we needed. She has gone above and beyond every time we have had issues, and has resolved them quickly and professionally through her staff. All the staff are loving, caring, and professional taking care of my mother and we love them all. As for me and my mother, we could not ask for a better place to live, and be part of a family that's so caring and loving.

Tanya is so mean and rude to literally everyone she's comfortable and when that happens she doesn't care who stays or leaves the girls vape in memory care don't change trash don't change residents wait on another shift to do it they are only nice when family comes in after that they don't care about residents diamond vapes in residents face when they get on her nerves and everyone talks about everyone the med techs are messy and take pills off the cart

Terrible place to keep your loved ones such a fighting arguing degrading place these people are only here for a paycheck horrible messy management my loved one does not get cared for properly is always upset and miserable here but as long as the money is coming in nobody minds it's so much that goes on in this place and the sad part is nobody will ever know i'm glad my family member is in their right mind to tell me how staff talk bad about other residents I'm currently looking for another place for my loved one

My mother spent over two years on the memory care side. Way understaffed and underpaid. When your loved one passes, make sure you go in and get everything out of the room, including coat hangers. My mother passed away on January 2. We had the room cleaned out by the fifth. The first time they contacted me was on the 18th while I was in West Palm Beach. And told me I needed to finish cleaning out the room. I never went back to the facility because there was nothing in her room. So they decided to keep about $2500 of my money. Also, I would have video cameras in the room with your loved ones. I asked The GM manager in charge could I speak to the owner?<br>Never heard a word from her. ($5200 a month)<br>It will not let you leave a zero star you have to leave at least a one.
