My Grandmother was at Eckerd several years ago. We were very pleased with the care she received. The entire team was professional, caring, attentive, and individualized her care to meet her needs. The facility was always clean and smelled nice. The food was good. The therapy team was skilled and knowledgeable in her rehab needs. The CNAs and Nurses were compassionate and kind. The administrative team was responsive, supportive, and informative. Thankful for the wonderful care. I highly recommend Eckerd Living Center for skilled rehabilitation or for long term care needs.

We feel so lucky that my Dad was able to secure a room at Eckerd for his post-op rehab. The level of personalized care he received was above and beyond. His physical therapy team worked with him not only to build strength and mobility, but did a home visit to survey his setup, make recommendations for home modifications, and ensure that the exercises were setting him up for a successful transition back home. The nurses are highly qualified and attentive, he received excellent wound care from the on-staff specialist, and the facility is extremely well run by a communicative, professional administrative team. From managing and arranging transport for his out-of-town medical appointments, to handling documentation and processing for insurance claims, to communicating his personal and medical needs to him and the family, the level of care and service was top notch!

We have experience with multiple rehab and long-term care facilities across three different states while caring for our parents, and this is the only facility I can confidently recommend. During my nearly daily visits with my mother, I consistently saw staff cleaning, checking on residents, and offering help. The level of attentiveness and care was evident every time I walked through the doors, and it gave our family real peace of mind knowing she was in such capable and compassionate hands. 💙 THANK YOU to all of the staff!
