My father in law is here and the things my wife tells me are simply appalling. He's in memory care and they've used the button to call for help either to wait way to long or to have no one come at all only to have to push it again. His personal items go missing its just sad. As a business owner the concept of you're only as good the people that make up your organization and it shows. My grandfather was in the west chester arms a place partly funded by the state and it was a nightmare. You would think with the enormous amount of money they pay it would be different but just another big corporation that only cares about the bottom line.

Echo Lake is clearly a special community. What stood out most to me was how much thought they've put into making residents feel at home. They have an ambassador program where current residents help residents settle in, which I thought was a really nice touch. The amenities are top-notch including multiple open and airy gathering spaces on every floor so there's always somewhere to connect with neighbors. And the activities program is legitimately impressive: card games, guided meditation, an art studio, tap dance lessons... something for every interest.<br><br>They also have open visiting hours, which says a lot about the open and inviting environment they've created. I recommend scheduling a tour with Diana Thompson, if you're exploring options for a loved one.

I just toured this beautiful community how refreshing to see a place so energetic and full of life and smiles versus the other places I went and toured. And Jonathan, wow he was great. Fingers crossed. I can convince my parents to go visit. They encouraged us for lunch. The food looked delicious.

I recently had the opportunity to tour Echo Lake in Malvern, and I was very impressed with the environment. It is a beautiful facility with a wide array of resources available. What really put my mind at ease during the visit was seeing the residents so active and happy; it gave a great sense of the community’s energy. And I often see their Lincoln town car out and about.<br>My sales counselor, Jonathan, was kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable; making sure all my questions were addressed during our time there. For anyone looking into options, add this facility to the list of options.
