I had my sister here for the past two months and I just can't brag enough about this place. My first call here I spoke with Ms. Melody, and she was awesome in helping get things started. The whole staff here are so professional and caring. Everyone who visited my sister could believe how good this place is, and the cleanliness of it. It's been a hard decision to move my sister to a closer home, but they have a sister facility just 10 minutes from my home where Eatonton is an hour away. I just can't say how good this place has been, and I hope the closer one will be as good. I truly appreciate everyone here and I will miss you!!

My aunt was admitted last fall, and did good, therapy was great for her and went home real quick. She had a fall recently, and only wanted to return back to them. Staff has been kind, and very attentive to her needs. They have new Administrator and Director of Nursing, and I met them right away. I can call the Director, Erica at any time. The social worker, made sure my aunt had help when she discharged before. A lot of the families say, the building has come a long way. My auntie loves it, I feel comfortable with her care.

My mother spent about a month here and they were great! Attentive to her needs, and kind to her and us. Administration checks on patients regularly as well, and fills in as needed. They don't mind doing other people's jobs or helping them when there is a need. I highly recommend this facility.

The 2 stars I’m so generously giving are for the extremely friendly staff. The nurses and aides are kind and so helpful. In a time that was so traumatic and upsetting as it was (having to place my father in a nursing home/rehabilitation home) the staff was Eatonton Health’s only saving grace. I would not recommend this place to anyone for any reason. The facility itself was old and poorly cared for. The administrator’s office was cluttered and just plain dirty. The entire facility reeked of urine. The furniture was stained and dated. The baseboards were filthy and chair rails had not been cleaned in years. The room my father was placed in was extremely dirty (including a large dead cockroach that lay in the middle of the floor). The paint was old and the blinds on the windows were greasy and dirty. The room was poorly lit and the furniture had water damage and stains and some of the drawers were not functional. After a brief 4 day stay my father had to be returned to the hospital due to aspiration pneumonia. I would not return to this facility for any reason. Ever.
