When my mother first went there, there was a different manager and things were pretty good. Occasionally there would be something but if I mentioned a problem it gotten taken care of. Then there was a manager temporarily and there were more problems but she would try to address it. Then the most recent manager Kaylee Pruitt camE In and there were more and more problems including staff turnover. I would mention that Mom had a uti or diaper rash from laying in a wet diaper she would say she would handle it but she didn't. I would say her bedding kept disappearing and I kept having to buy more bedding or supplies and she would say don't we will make sure she has something but I would go back and she would have no bottom sheet and just a tiny blanket so I bought more stuff. They originally all had life alert buttons they disappeared and at first I was told they were getting more then that they were checking on them every 2 hours which was not true. I fortunately got her qualified for hospice to help keep an eye on her as well. They said they were stealong her diapers and supplies for other patients. I was trying to find her another place we could afford when she died. If you look at all the positive reviews they are atleast 2 years old or older except one and it is by Kaylee Pruitt the manager, not a resident or family. I could go on but there is only so much space. If you can afford another place please do not put a bedridden loved one here. My Mom was helpless and depended on them but they were not there like they should have been. There are some caring people there but not enough.<br>I also notice there are 2 different 5 star reviews by the same Shameka with nothing written. She is or was an employee so you can't even trust the reviews you are reading are legit. I was always told you can't review a place if you are an employee unless you only comment on working conditions.
