I lived at this Nursing convalescent home for Ten Months and I have to say, it was like living in "One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest" there was never a quiet day in that whole Ten Month Period. The food there would make Elementary School Cafeteria Food look like Wolfgang Puck's. The nursing and therapy staff was mostly hit and miss. The Physical Therapists were all great people. The day nurses depending on the day were hit and miss. Same with the evening nurses. The Night Nurses were mostly all kind people. The medication nurses depending on who was working were hit and miss as well. I have to mention this, if you or your loved one use a Motorized Wheelchair or Scooter go elsewhere, they allow neither at this facility. I have to say the biggest flaw of this facility is the management. This may be different now, but if one needs to be discharged and they have no family to take them, one will be here for a long time. I have never met more incompetent management than at this facility.

My non-verbal, bedridden nephew was placed here 30 days ago for rehab. I live out of state so I can’t visit him but I have to say that the staff has been very professional and diligent in keeping me updated on his condition, deserving five stars. He will transition to custodial care in a couple of days so I can only hope that the same level of care he’s gotten so far will continue. In the meantime I am grateful that even with some insurance issues he was accepted for long term care and we don’t have to endure him being transferred to yet another place. In the last ten years he’s been moved around a lot and some of the places were dreadful. Even from a distance I can tell this place is way, way better.

My mom was at place they did not take care of her at all she had bedsores stuffed with gauze the creamation place told me those were worst bed sores he ever seen . An never once did tell me the sores were so bad . U could put ur whole hand in one of the sores. The wound care nurse should be fired

My uncle was transfer to this facility after his knee operation to do rehab. The nurses and rehab people very passionate on what their doing. Most of the staff are very respectful and caring to their patient. The management people are very easy to deal with highly recommended place for your love one.

Please do not have your loved ones placed here, this is a poorly run establishment that needs to be shut down.
