I am very happy with the care my 93 year mother is receiving at East Neck. Every time I place a call to the Social Worker or someone in the Business Office- they call me right back. They have offered me support and guidance a long this journey.

This place is wonderful! Activities going on everyday, rehab 6 days a week. Nurses and staff are kind and accommodating. It’s a tough situation placing a loved one in a home but just know that they are being taken care of here. I would highly recommend East Neck Rehab and Nursing home.

I am a retired nurse and my mom is in East Neck nursing home on her second week now and from the moment I walked in I was impressed how clean and nicely decorated it was. The staff is very pleasant and attentive. When it’s your family it’s very scary but I feel comfortable knowing my mom is here. Actually my dad who’s 91 came to visit my mom today and was very pleased. It put his mind to rest knowing she’s being well cared for. Thank you.

Dave from the custodial staff is amazing👍 he keeps the hallways and the patients rooms very clean!! Nancy, one of the nurses on third floor Watson is very compassionate!! Would also like to mention Jordan, who goes out of his way to be helpful to all the patients. I’m sure there are more names to mention, but I can’t remember them all.

Consistently 5star plus. I have been a visitor for over a year. I can honestly say this is by far the best rehab/nursing facility out of the several I’ve had first hand knowledge with. I have had zero negative experiences at East Neck. The care my relative receives is incredible. The premises are always clean. The meals I’ve seen served always exceed my expectations. But what matters the most and what makes East Neck so great is the people that work there. You can see the entire team are friendly, respectful, caring, and professional. If anyone from East Neck reads this, thank you for being great at your job.
