Earl M Bourdon Center

Earl M. Bourdon Centre is subsidized elderly and disabled housing located in Claremont, New Hampshire, on the Vermont border in western New Hampshire. The community serves households with at least one member aged 62 or older, or persons under 62 with a qualifying disability, with eligibility based on HUD income guidelines.

The community features a new deck overlooking landscaped flower gardens and wooded areas. Units include all appliances and utilities in the monthly rent (except WiFi). Accessible units are available for visually and hearing impaired residents, with some units equipped for both handicapped accessibility and visual and hearing impairment accommodations.

Community transportation via bus stops at the building multiple times daily and provides access to grocery stores, Walmart, and medical appointments throughout town. The facility offers blood pressure clinics, foot clinics, and yearly flu shot clinics. Sullivan County nutrition provides daily congregate lunches, and the association organizes social functions including holiday parties, dances, bingo, and cribbage.

Pets are welcome at the community. Residents pay 30 percent of household adjusted gross income for rent.
