The nurses are very caring, kind, and experienced. The skill and knowledge of the therapists was amazing. The accommodations were super clean and well thought out. The food was excellent. Thanks to all at Eagle Rock for my return to health.

Do not go here. Staff will neglect your medication schedule due to their policies (even if scheduled by your doctor), and they will be absent for hours. My father was housed here as a recovering double amputee, he had diabetes, and various other medical conditions. He often would wait hours for nurses to even check up or bring medication. In the middle of the night my father was found responsive after falling, 45 MINUTES - 1 HOUR LATER he was found unresponsive on the floor. Although this was unexpected, if your patient is found on the floor, why aren’t you checking on them sooner. If you truly care about how you are cared for, do not go here.

Eagle Rock is under new management. I have seen so many improvements in the last few months inside and out. The building is clean and smells nice. There are better staffing to patient ratios. The care staff is friendly and kind. The therapy team is great and make therapy fun. The new team is working very hard and continue to make changes to make it better everyday.

Eagle Rock has had many changes over the past several months from change in administration and many new wonderful employees. I have had several interactions with people that had been in the building prior to the change and heard several compliments on the improvements, stating it smells so nice, is very clean, the energy in the building has improved so much it’s like a new place. If I have any family members in need of skilled nursing care I will be bringing them here!

My mom has been in a snf for 16 years. After moving her Eagle Rock she began talking again to where her staff can hear her voice. She had not spoken loudly for years. She also has been getting some restorative therapy at Eagle Rock that has helped her move her hand which she has not moved in almost 20 years. The staff has been very easy to talk to and helpful. Moving mom to Eagle Rock has been a great move for her and I am very grateful for the team that takes care of her. The facility only gets better every time I turn around. With all the improvements they have made and continue to make the facility is becoming better every day. I am excited to see what this place becomes as it grows and changes.
