I LOVE Dianne and her wonderful staff, they take great care of my Dad. I live up North, but I can rest easy knowing my Dad is being watched over by the wonderful staff at this location.

Facility is cleaner than many others my mom have been in and DOES NOT. have that horrible smell others have. Also the food is better than in other places. Just wish my moms room had a call light

Experience? Unfortunately I can’t say anything nice about this place, the food is not up to standards the staff are rude and most of them don’t speak English or Spanish,there’s no translation at all even on documents , they don’t follow legal documents or documentation. Administration doesn’t like to work with you, place is not very clean is been infected by roaches. Which somehow they manage to control just a bit of it. My items have been stolen by either employees and residents as well as they haven’t returned any of my belongings when I left the faculty. Like my toaster air fryer valued at $409 my refrigerator valued at $500 my microwave valued at $80 all of these were purchased by me or my family as well as other belongings. When myself and my family went to retrieve my belongings from the facility after leaving the place due to lack of care , none of my items were not to be found in my room I was only able to retrieve my clothing. This an ongoing issue with this facility. The location is in a bad neighborhood you can’t walk around without being able to be safe. There’s nothing but the police going to the facility with almost every single day or every other day. For those suffering from addiction this not a place for those as you can find anything in that area. Residents are not save to be around as they have issues with stealing from others as well as they cause many fights with ve been injured plenty of times and the staff never did anything about it. Is sad I have to start all over when I could already have my items back since I’m only in disability. The staff doesn’t properly take care of the residents as some have very bad B.O. Beds and rooms are not properly done and cleaned. There’s nothing other races among us the community as in one

I highly recommended The Residence At Pompano Beach. I’am completely impressed with the professionalism and customer care of the staff especially Petrona, who went above and beyond to ensure that my dads transition went smoothly upon admission.
