My 88 year old Mother has been at Dryden Gardens for the last year. She needed 24 hour care after breaking her hip which was complicated with advanced Dementia. Our goal was to have her safe and comfortable in an intimate environment. The facility is always clean and I love the backyard area where she can sit outside. COVID has prevented us from visiting but I rest assured that she is in good hands.

I highly recommend Dryden Gardens. My father is placed here. The caretakers are all amazing and incredibly attuned to the residents' needs. This place is more like a homey home than an old folks home and the caretakers are more like family than staff. Dryden is an actual house and the residents eat together (often with the caretakers) at a regular dinner table. In addition to keeping the place clean, accessible, safe, and easy for those living there, the caretakers are just truly lovely and compassionate people. My dad feels safe and secure in their care and sincerely enjoys their company. While placing a person can be a very stressful process, I was surprised at how quickly I felt comfortable with the transition. It feels good knowing that my dad is in such capable and caring hands. The folks at Dryden feed and take care of my dad's daily needs (bathing and hygiene), they administer and monitor his meds, monitor and update us regarding his health, and do everything they can to make sure he is comfortable. I live in San Francisco and communicating with my dad is hard but they have helped by facilitating exchanges of videos, Facetime, etc. They send me pictures of my dad and give me hints as to what he might need the next time I visit. Dryden truly care about their residents and about ensuring they continue to have a connection with family and the outside world.

After searching many homes for my grandma, and being constantly disappointed I can finally say I found THE ONE! this place is so organized, clean, nice staff and everything in place for your loved ones. So glad I found them!
