My wife Wanda was at Dover for Rehab for 2 weeks. Her care was 5 star. I congratulate the HR staff for putting together such a group of caring, knowledgeable, and friendly people. Although the facilities are not new, the appearance, and cleanliness is 5 star. I will give a couple of recommendations. With 2 people per room, each should have their own TV, and the option of soft drinks. All in all I would recommend to others.

My husband, suffering from Alzheimer’s, was only at Dover for a few weeks before passing. I couldn’t have been more pleased with this facility and their entire staff. He was always clean and well taken care of, even after his passing. I actually asked two residents there, one having been there for 2 years and one for 5 years, if they were happy being there. Both said “oh yes”. They were very happy there, the nurses and aides were always pleasant and caring, and all their needs were met.

This facility has a terrible staff. I have had two relatives here. One was dropped on their head the other was told they were unable to help them to the bathroom they had to use in their diaper. The need to clean house. Many need to know what is going on inside this building before your loved one gets abused. Call those who have inside information because you can’t be sorry enough after someone you love is in their.

My friend is a resident at Harborview. In the few weeks I've been visiting them there, I've seen real and good changes being made. Harborview is a good solid choice for nursing care needs.
