The staff at Discovery Village, the Forum in Fort Myers has been wonderful helping our family transition our Mother to her new home. They have been courteous, kind, responsive and attentive to detail making the move simple and fun. Our Mother is thrilled and making new friends everyday. And that’s all that matters to us! I have been a resident at Discovery Village in the Independent living for 7+ years. The team here always works so hard to make sure you have everything you need. The other residents are so kind and friendly. I would recommend coming for lunch if you're looking for a new home.

I have called Discovery Village Independent Living home for about 2 weeks. I absolutely love it here. I feel very safe, everybody is extremely friendly, the food is to die for, and I love staying active in all the different activities. I LOVE the swimming pool. My son made me a list of five communities to tour, and I chose Discovery village because it was by far the most friendly and welcoming.

We moved into Discovery Village Independent Living approx 3 weeks ago, and have grown to really enjoy it. The staff has been very helpful, and the people are friendly. Just yesterday we were asked to play Bridge with a group here. I am sure in time DV will be a great home for us.

As I'm starting to try to convince my own mother to move from CT to FL (not easy) and be more social/active, Discovery Village Fort Myers has a beautiful Independent Living community. All the activities being offered really gives peace of mind knowing that the residents have plenty of options to stay engaged. The entire team is also very friendly and warm. You can tell they want the residents to thrive.
