Dignity Assisted Living

Dignity Assisted Living is an assisted living community located in Chapmanville, West Virginia. The facility is locally owned and managed, licensed by the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Services, and operates as part of the Dignity organization, which has provided healthcare services including hospice, home health, pharmacy, durable medical equipment, and assisted living for more than 25 years.

The community offers eight large private and semi-private rooms, each equipped with a private bath, cable TV, and telephone in a secured building. Licensed staff administer medications and provide assistance with personal needs. The facility provides both full-time residency and respite care options for short-term stays, with nursing services available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Residents have access to housekeeping and laundry services. The community features an enclosed secure courtyard with garden scenery including blooming bushes, plants, and benches for bird watching, as well as a space for prayer and comfort that residents and their loved ones may visit at their leisure.
