My mother was admitted here for PT in Nov, 2021, after being in CHH for 3 weeks with Covid. She was there for about 1 week, when we called and told she was being sent to the ER because she was non-responsive and the could not get her B/P. The doctor at the ER said she was severely dehydrated, to the point that it damaged her heart and kidneys. A bit of backstory here, we were only allowed an hour per day to see her due to Covid, but every time I did, I had to ask for something to drink for mom, because she had nothing available. Mom was on thickened liquids, but we were assured that she would be given plenty of fluids. The state requires appropriate liquids be available to the residents at all times, but I had to ask for them EVERY time. My mother died because of their lack of care.

Haven't had a family member admitted yet but hope to. Matt was so helpful and friendly with the inquiry of the facility. He took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and explained everything in detail. After calling multiple facilities and met with not so informative and sometimes rude answers, alot of my hesitation with these kinds of facilities are a little more at ease. Wish I could give 5 stars on the care and I will update if my family member chooses this facility. Thanks Matt, you're a gem!

I have visited the nursing home an I was suggesting that they need a sign at the ballfield and one at the other place where the other road is to go to it. Because sometimes people pass it up.Thank you

The staff was amazing, treated me as well as the other patients with dignity and respect. They were very compassionate toward me and helped me with anything I needed or any questions I had. The Physical Therapy personal was amazing and also very kind. The cafeteria workers were also great and went above and beyond for me (I’m a picky eater) I do think the rehabilitation patients and the resident patients need to be in different areas though, but other than that, I have/had no complaints. Thanks to all the staff. God bless

My sister was placed in Lincoln Nursing and Rehabilitation Center at 200 Monday Drive Hamlin WV For rehabilitation for her legs. Her stay there has been a complete hell. patients are allowed to wander the halls and walk into other people's rooms and go through their personal belongings. Other patients are left screaming to the top of their lungs disturbing other patients. Constant screaming around the clock my sister has suffered several panic attacks during her stay. I suggest anyone needing physical therapy to seek out a different facility. Staff should isolate these patients from their regular residence. People receiving physical therapy for various reasons also require a peace of mind to aid in the healing process. they will not receive that at this facility. Personally I would recommend a doghouse to this facility. If you have family members at this facility receiving physical therapy I suggest you find other accommodations. I personally plan on contacting the West Virginia board of medicine for the treatment of rehabilitation patients in this facility.
