I would like to recognize several members of the staff who made a genuinely positive impact on my recovery over the past few days.<br><br>Dr. Parikh, Nurses: Brenda, Paloma, & Gabriella, Therapists: Tonya, Jordan, & Sam, Tech: Den (she was working the night of 8/15/26: I believe that was her name), and Paul (AODA) , each contributed in meaningful ways to my experience.<br><br>I also want to recognize Tech: Christopher; while I didn’t directly work with him, I witnessed him help multiple patients with their needs, questions & requests; he was immediately proactive in helping patients the moment they needed help with something.<br><br>Their compassion, professionalism, attentiveness, & willingness to help did not go unnoticed by us patients. There were also several other techs, nurses, & another doctor who were wonderful, although unfortunately I do not remember their names.<br><br>They treated me with kindness & dignity during a time when that mattered tremendously, & I am genuinely grateful for the care they provided.<br><br>In the event of a difficult situation, staff and directors are proactive to ensure that the care provided by Aurora was up to standard.<br><br>I want this review to primarily recognize the people who did make a difference. Their efforts & kindness had a real impact on other patients’ & my recovery; I appreciate them more than they probably realize.<br><br>Overall, sincere appreciation for the exceptional individuals who helped make a very difficult experience much easier.
