If I was able to give it 0 stars, I absolutely would. Let me start off by immediately noticing how unpleasant, unprofessional and disrespectful the executive director of independent living is; Marielena. She clearly does not know how to run a facility like this and can recognize that she has never taken managing courses and don't even get me started on her nasty personality. She has no compassion or empathy towards her residents nor her employees. Residents that I've spoken to have a list of complaints around her being in a job position that she is very much underqualified for! She needs to be REPLACED IMMEDIATELY with someone who actually listens, communicates, shows compassion, and that actually CARES about the well being of others and who can ACTUALLY RUN THIS PLACE. She is doing a terrible job, no wonder so many residents have been leaving this place!!! THEY'RE UNHAPPY!!!!
