As a visitor of my friend Jack, the staff was friendly and helpful. Jack was smiling and seemed to be taken care of and the place was clean but not wreaking of nauseating disinfectant cleanser like some places.

4 stars because of the staff. One particular male nurse, Jon yanez. And 3 other helpful staff members at the nurses station who gave directions so we could find our loved one.<br>The facility is a bit out dated but they make up for it with their caring, friendly staff. After all it takes a special kind of person to take care of the sick & elderly. If it were easy your loved one would be taken care of by their family. Oh & first time I walk into a place like this and it didn't smell like 💩 masked by lavender air freshener & most people were up & moving around, those in there room were not space cadets staring at the walls, but sitting up lively watching TV acknowledging those walking by and greeting them with a nod or smile.

The attention could beer... a lot better, specially when it comes to patients who cannot comunicate or even speak. Our family member is around 80 yo and had it not been for family members, the nurse would not have notice rashes, bruices, or even blackish extremities due to diabetes. Need to Payroll more attention to the patient. Please do not trust your relative health to just anyone, always be on the lookup.
