To the entire staff of az care hospice. I thank you for the excellent, professional and expedient care given to my dear Mom, Nancy. For many nursing home and group home patients Covid brought a whole new set of problems. Those with dementia suffered severely by being quarantined in their rooms with no monitoring of their nutritional intake. I witnessed excuse after excuse to give quality care, falsification of medical records and so much more neglect of our fragile loved ones. When I finally saw Mom via a zoom video after nearly 3 months of being denied even window visits it was horrifying. Mom was down to 72 pounds. I reached out to az care hospice who immediately responded and were able to get approved to visit. That evening the intake nurse came to my home and worked tirelessly to get paperwork completed to be able to lay eyes on Mom and witness first hand what was taking place in the nursing home who’s care was neglectful at best. We got Mom transferred to a group home in Fountain Hills thinking it would be better food, more care, etc. Unfortunately their website and owner horribly misrepresented the actual home. Mom was transferred to my home within a month from the group home and passed away with family 2 days later on October 4th, 2020. I extend my gratitude and praise to the entire staff of az care hospice who continue to send uplifting and spiritual offerings. You will always be in my heart! Social workers Casey and Nancy Christina W. Nurses Stefanie, Ladell, Suz and Kass Front office Samara Please know you have my deepest respect. I highly recommend az hospice care. Having 42 years of nursing experience, I know good care. Thank you all. Love, Linda and Nancy (Mom)

These people and company overall is incredible! We brought them in to help me with my mom and the support and care, they gave for her and for our family in this time of need was very caring and supportive. This is a bunch of people that I would highly recommend for the care of your Love one when the time is needed. They helped comfort us after 8 days of being with them she passed at home where she wanted and they helped me keep that promise to her.

My dad required prompt hospice care unexpectedly. His doctor's office was less than helpful and Kelly from Arizona Care Hospice came to the rescue. They were there for us when we needed them most. Kelly and Fantasia took incredible care of my dad and the whole family. They are truly angels!

As we all know, this is a very difficult, emotional time of our lives, when having a loved one go into Hospice. I was unsure what to expect at first, but after having them come out, interview Mom and I, and have a Nurse And Doctor check Mom out and say that she was approved for Hospice......everything got easier. Hospice comes out and manages your meds, delivers supplies, calls in all drug refills that are delivered Right to your front door. The patient stops seeing all the other Doctors, and just sees the Hospice Doctors. That allievates a lot of stress, pressure and pain, knowing that you don't have to keep running out the door To another Doctor appt, especially when you are weak and don't feel good. Nikki, Ladele, Heather, Casey, Lee, Dr. Teddie Swediskisy, Kelli,....ALL of them were very compassionate and helpful as well as supportive. They know what to do. They come in and don't change anything that you are comfortable with, but manage your pain so you can enjoy the days you have left. They do such a good job, patients actually may "graduate out of hospice" until needed again. I can call any time of day, and get help. They can come out very quickly when needed. They are always "there" for you. I can't say enough about AZ. Care Hospice. There are many different choices for Hospice in the valley, but I am very grateful that we chose this one! I feel like I have an extended family now.
