I’ve worked with James for years (previously at a different business) and he’s always been a pleasure to work with — professional, trustworthy, and dedicated. Desano’s Nurse Desi is incredibly caring, highly knowledgeable about each resident, and consistently quick to respond to needs. Dora, the house manager, truly cares about providing the best home and care for residents and leads a team of caregivers who are simply the best; they treat residents like family. As the administrator of a home health and hospice agency, I have full confidence in Desano and would not hesitate to place any of my loved ones there.

The staff here were great at communicating with our family. They always kept us updated, answered our questions, and made sure we knew what was going on. Wonderful memory care and assisted living near Twin Falls, Idaho. Memory care center seems to have a higher than usual staff to resident ratio. The staff is competent, caring, and knowledgable.

Dora at the Village is so fantastic, you can really tell she truely cares for her residents and staff. You can feel it in the atmosphere as soon as you step foot through the front door.
