Previous manager and the present one, behave as it's ok for feces coming out of the bathtub since last year. Last week my unit got flooded and no assistance was given to help me clean up! Hopefully they will be treated with respect and consideration when they become elderly. There has to be rules to allow seniors to maintain their self respect and dignity. One (1)out 10 episodes, I received assistance from an employer, before that, another employee came and stated: "Residents are throwing paper in the toilet, we have to raise the rent" Which I took as adding insult to injury bathtub

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Pascual Beltran the assistant administrator at the rotary plaza senior apartments. I felt discriminated against and harassed throughout the housing process. Instead of being treated with fairness and respect, I was met with biased behavior and unnecessary obstacles that made the situation stressful and disheartening. Everyone deserves equal treatment, and this experience made me feel singled out and unwelcome. I hope future tenants are treated with more dignity and professionalism.
