My mom's nurse didnt put enough tape on her packing of her wound and the whole thing fell off. My mom called the nurse and she proceeded to tell my mom to repack it and tape it herself. My mother cant see her wound to do that. Then I call the manger to report this and to hopefully have someone come out and redo it. The manager proceeded to tell me its the family's job cause they have so many hours to visit. First off I hold a full time job and stuck at work I cant just go over and do it. And if your nurse messed up she should be made to go fix it not leave my mother's wound uncovered. Family shouldn't have to fix your nurses mistakes!!! I will never use you people again. Re train your nurses on how to tape up a wound instead of being in a rush!!

I currently receive home health services from Dependable Health Services. The nurse Cheryl comes once a week and she is very professional and a kind, polite lady. She makes the visit feel like a comfortable breeze. Cheryl is personable and friendly while maintaining my care. She genuinely cares for me and my needs, she listens to me and I am involved in my care. I highly recommend Dependable Health. When Cheryl went on vacation, Fanny showed up in her place and she was funny, a joy to be around and a great nurse as well. The Best Home Health company with outstanding staff!

My mom had Crystal Grossman for her home visits. Her kindness and compassion go above and beyond beyond what we could have hoped for. She was even kind of enough to check on my well being. You can tell Crystal genuinely cares about her patients and we are extremely grateful for her time with is.

All I can say is good things,I had great care from an exceptional staff,my physical therapist (Ms.Jenna)was a rock for me in my worst time,this lady is an angel in disguise wearing medical scrubs,and (Ms Becca) is also exceptional,I cannot thank these ladies enough, anyone will be very lucky to have them,they are the Best
