Rozanah is a great caretaker cna... she really helped my brother kurtis with cutting hair... bathing... wound care... therapy motivation... and an outlet to talk to so he wasn't so depressed and al9ne hes in early 40s and I truly feel if it wasn't for roseanna he would of committed suicide... so I hope someday im lucky enough to meet her and thank her... we need more people in the medical field with the drive and passion as this woman...

My Dad had the utmost compassionate care here. The staff treated him like their family. They noticed little things that mattered, quickly got to know his personality and what made him happy, or not so happy. They cheered him on when he made progress and held his hand and comforted him when he became agitated or fearful. They didn’t let him sulk when he was sad and pushed him to engage with other residents. If he couldn’t be at home, I could rest easy that he was well cared for here. Thank you!! Now that Dad has passed, we miss so many of you.

Don’t understand what’s the point of you handing out my family member a MENU when no one bothers to help him. Rude CNAS, why does it take 30 minutes to answer a call light when you are standing there?! Administration has not been helpful. The food has been excellent except at times at night. I do not see activities around at ALL.
