I was here looking for information about this place and they barely listened to me, they just quickly told me that they couldn't help me and I left. I wasted my time visiting this place.

My Aunt is currently in residence there and is getting very low quality of care. She’s been there for more than 3 Months and I have heard nothing but horror stories. The aides are not cleaning her personal body as they should and she feels unclean. Additionally, the call button for her room has been non-functional for months. Given her level of immobility a call button is mandatory.

I don't know how this place could even get a rating! What a dump! My brother-in-law was there for rehabilitation after the hospital and this place smelled of human waste, patients were left in their waste or were left wandering in the halls in wheelchairs. The nursing staff (that's a joke!). Tried to get someone to help me change his position one day & I could barely understand one aid & she didn't seem to want to help anyway. Food was left on his bed table but on the side where he was partially paralyzed so he couldn't even reach it. He beg the family to get him out of there & we did. Don't go to this place - is a dump!!!!! The only reason I gave it one star was so I can post the truth about this dump!

This is a horrible place!!! Never take your loved one here. If it was up to me I would never give this place not even a 1 STAR. They're the most unprofessional nurses ever. And they're uncaring while my family was mourning the death of my father. He passed away while he was there in the night and we had the most uncool services. My mother wasn't breathing well and the nurses were like idk where a paper bag is and didn't give her any water. The only nurse who was of any help was Mishak and he was trying his best to give us comfort. My dad had a wonderful personality and he didn't deserve to go like this. The bad part is that he just got there, from Trinitas and now he's past away!!
