I live in Del Webb three years. I like our Community very much. I want to bring to our Community management attention things need to be fixed : front gate is not working constantly, it was repaired few time. I am not happy with the hours for attendant I need the hours need to be extended. It is not feel like a gated community they working till 4:00 PM only.

We love living in our del Webb community and love Ralph who is always helpful. Our biggest complaint is the poor quality of the materials used in our townhouse. Windows, floors, cabinets look beautiful but are of the cheapest quality.

Del Webb was extremely cooperative in facilitating our move in. Everything was very good to excellent quality except the heating unit installation. Be careful of that installation. As others have said Ralph has been fantastic.

Overall, we are very happy with the design, layout, location of our home and the community. Ralph Rzekiec, Customer Relations Manager, has been providing an excellent, professional and timely services in response to our needs.

My husband and I have been very pleased with our condo unit here at Del Webb. High quality and workmanship, very energy efficient, and pleasant surroundings. Kudos to Ralph, the customer care guru who's an expert in getting issues resolved quickly, and with a smile.
