They're killing the patients here. My poor grandmother sadly stays here and we are faced with problems such as her room being left filthy from the staff for us to have to clean up after, my grandmother literally sitting in feces for extended periods of time, staff making off hand remarks about us/our loved one if you ask them to actually do a job instead of standing around laughing all day, etc. You definitely get the feel that the patients are treated more like a burden than anything else. Call lights are lit up outside patients rooms constantly while they literally cry out for help with whatever they need while staff sit just a few feet away behind the counters not paying them any mind and usually talking and laughing amongst themselves. There are a few genuinely good and kind people that work here but from what I've personally seen many of them do not belong anywhere near the elder care field. Whether it be because they neglect patients or are simply volatile people. I wouldn't trust this place to care for a pet rock let alone a human being. So please if you have the option to send your loved one anywhere else please try to do so. I hope this place falls under investigation ASAP before the unfortunate elders are subject to anymore abuse.

Arguably the best skilled nursing rehab center in the area. I spent a couple weeks here after a major surgery. Now I'll say I've seen loved ones in nursing homes, and had friends and family who've worked at them. I definitely saw, and heard (1st hand accounts of) many things I didn't like. Im happy to report that my experience at DeGraff was way better then expected. I didn't have a bad caregiver. Everyone was competent to excellent. The physical/occupational therapy staff was great. Really great! Even the food and kitchen staff exceeded expectations! Big kudos to Rachel and especially Shae who went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend this facility

My sister just visited Would not recommend bringing your family members here to live, from what we have seen, they don't get proper care, the staff are incredibly rude and inconsiderate of the patients. They Will leave them sitting soiled and wet for hours at a time and if you say something they give you rude looks and comments. They barley take showers it's rare if they get them once a week ! Maybe 2 good aids out of all of them even they would complain ! Just very poor place overall.

DO NOT send your loved one to live here. They will not get nutritious meals they will not be cared for. Things will be stolen staff will lay in patients beds and neglect them. They are showered ONCE. a week. This place is an absolute disaster aside from maybe 2 or 3 staff members and should be shut down!

A few years back my dad was in the rehab center amd was treated great. They got him back to where he was and they adjusted his medications because of congestive heart failure and swelling legs. He was back on all his original meds and added ones to adjust things, and then he could come home. Im trying to get him back in there as i type. The hospital sent him to a dump hole that we are trying to get him out of. I will mever send either parent to anywhere but degraff
