Deer Creek Lodge is an assisted and independent living community located in Beachwood, Ohio, situated on a six-acre wooded lot within the King David campus. The community provides a range of supportive living services designed to help residents maintain independence while receiving personalized care tailored to their individual needs and preferences.
Residents benefit from nursing case management with regular vital sign checks and care planning by a registered nurse, as well as coordination of personal assistance with daily living activities such as dressing and bathing. The community maintains 24-hour staff availability for emergency assistance and operates a call system for resident support. Nursing services also include access to outpatient therapy, adult day care, and additional health services available across the campus.

Dining features deluxe Kosher dinners, continental breakfasts, optional lunch buffets, and a happy hour cocktail bar.
