Dayspring Villa is an assisted living community located in Denver, Colorado, situated in the tree-lined Highlands neighborhood just blocks from Sloan's Lake. The community offers 70 private apartments, each featuring private bathrooms, call alert cords and pendants, kitchenettes, large windows, and access to WiFi and cable. Staff members are available 24/7 and include qualified medication assistant personnel (QMAP) who assist residents with bathing, dressing, housekeeping, medication supervision, and transportation. The building is monitored day and night for safety and security, with visitors required to sign in.

Dayspring Villa follows Eden Alternative principles, emphasizing person-directed care, companionship, purpose, and spontaneity. Activities are organized around five pillars of healthy aging: Social, Intellectual, Physical, Purposeful, and Spiritual. Residents enjoy card games, game nights, movies, and meals in two large community rooms, and are encouraged to share their skills and try new experiences. Weekly highlights include transportation for shopping and cultural outings using the community van, often in partnership with local attractions.

The community accepts private pay, veteran's benefits, and Medicaid, offering affordably priced senior apartments. Residents have the freedom to come and go while benefiting from on-site staff support and a secured environment designed for comfort and safety.
