CW Health Care Services provided home care aid for my aunt for over 3 years from September 2017 until the time of her passing in May 2021. They were reliable and flexible and responsive. My aunt's home care need varied over that time increasing and decreasing and CW Health Care was always met her needs as she entered and returned from hospital and rehab care back to home care. Returning from rehab was never a worry because we knew we could rely on CW Health Care to support my aunt at home from a few hours a day to 24 hours a day if needed. Their support was personal and always tailored to support my aunt's specific needs including varying levels of nursing care, cleaning, bathing, feeding support, personal escort to doctor and other appointments, etc. If there was ever an issue, my aunt would contact Comfort Woehner at CW Health Care directly and she seemed to always be there and be available to ensure the desired support was provided or any issues were resolved. Ms Woehner would check in with my aunt, including home visits, often to make sure she was ok. On top of all that CW Health Care was a caring team, contacting family if there was ever a concern about a change in her health. Payments were via PayPal invoices which were super convenient and self documenting. I would absolutely recommend CW Health Care services to anyone without reservation.
