My friends grandfather is staying here and she went to visit yesterday and his room was almost 88 degrees. They do not allow people to have their own acs in the room and they only have 1 ac in the common room. If you ask me, that is elder abuse. Stay away and pick a different place for your loved ones so you can avoid them having a heat stroke.

Why WON’T YOU allow air conditioning. That’s elder abuse!!!!!!!

This facility seems very friendly and helpful to it's patient. The facility is clean and always seem to be right there ready to lend a hand when needed. I would recommend anyone to come check this place out if in need of these types of services. The one inconvenience is the location but for anyone that lives in the area it would be great. It's very quiet and patients are able to get outside to get fresh air.

I would like to start by saying THANK YOU!!! The welcoming that my friend received when entering the facility was most heartfelt. I know she is in your good hands and will be getting the care she deserves! … Thanks so much Julie Murphy for making this all possible and to ALL staff…
