This group home provides exceptional support and a warm, family like environment. The staff communicates well and is always attentive to residents’ individual needs. The home is clean, safe, and well managed. I’m grateful for the level of care offered here.

When I needed help with my husband, maine home care in Lincoln, came in and helped me so much. I so appreciated Jen and Bethany ( who my husband loved them so much) for the help thay were willing to give to me. I know that Jen not only took awesome care of my husband's needs but my needs also. I was able to leave him in their care and not have to worry about him, this was a relief for me. These two ladies are full of love and compassion that my husband and I needed. I can't thank them enough. I want them to know how much they ment to not only my husband but me as well. I truly will miss their shining faces coming into my home, but I am grateful for the care that was given to my husband until he passed. Michelle was the one that set up the care for us and she went above and beyond to make sure my concerns were met. When his hours would change, Michelle would make sure my husband's needs were taken care of. She was always helpful and showed compassion.( this is exactly what i needed) I can tell you that the Lincoln office has the best team. I'm so thankful and blessed that got to have each of these ladies in my life at the time that I needed them the most. My husband has since passed and if I had to do this again, I wouldn't change a thing. Thank you so much. Holly Hartley.

I find it highly unprofessional that this company is the main support for my friends mother. At least 50 percent of the time (and that is being nice) the staff doesn't show up. This woman can not be unattended. Can not put herself into bed or do other basic care. Her daughter has to go and do her care because they do not show up. This has been reported to the company numerous times but nothing has been done to rectify the problem. Unacceptable. Um nope I used the phone number to find you. You been there 2 years. In hampden. I have been present when you've been called and notified of the fact staff has not shown up. At least 3 times The past 2 weeks. Things are tough I get but to just deny.. its cool I am sure there will be other complaints and maybe listen to frustration instead of blatant denial

Maine Home Care out of Lincoln Maine is an outstanding company and service! They provided dependable, competent employees to take care of our parents who were in failing health and in need of care at home. They provided 24hr care for several months, not once missing coverage. The caretakers were polite, kind, trustworthy and always willing to do extra whenever asked. The office staff was also very easy to talk to and very helpful whenever we had questions. I would highly recommend this service! 5 stars!

I’ve been with in home care for over a year and I absolutely love it. All of the girls in the office are amazing to work with. Elisa is always there when I have an issue or just need to give an update about a client. All of the clients I have worked with are super sweet and kind.
