I want to express my frustration with the recent experience I had with your office staff. Unfortunately, I did not receive the support I was expecting, and I encountered multiple issues that significantly delayed my decision-making process. Firstly, the information provided to me was inaccurate, which led to unnecessary delays. On top of that, when I tried to follow up, my calls and messages were either ignored or avoided, leaving me without the updates or assistance I needed. This lack of communication and responsiveness is incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. I recommend that your office develop a central knowledge base or FAQ system that can provide easy access to answers for common questions and resources. This would help streamline communication and reduce unnecessary delays. I also suggest focusing on improving the training of your staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide accurate, timely information and handle inquiries professionally. Given that your office is relatively small, I believe it should not take more than 3 weeks to get an answer to a straightforward query. The only reason I eventually received a response was because I was close to filing a formal complaint. I strongly encourage you to take ownership of these shortcomings and improve the service you offer. Professionalism and efficiency should be a priority, not just for your clients, but also for the well-being of your team.
