I have Called at least four times over a month to report a sanitary problem with a supercenter grocery store allowing people to bring their pets inside the store around food and placed inside shopping carts where food is then placed by the customer unknowingly. These are not service animals as they are being put in shopping carts or held while shopping or pushed around the store in baby strollers. They are not on leashes and most roam around the store freely. This is a health code violation and should be enforced but neither the health department nor the business in question refuses to address this problem.
