I would strongly caution anyone considering this facility for the care of a loved one.

During my mother’s time under their care, I became aware of serious issues involving how her prescribed asthma medication was being handled. On the morning of the incident, at approximately 6:24 AM, I received a call from a family member confirming that her medication was not being administered at the correct intervals.

Shortly afterward, my mother suffered a fatal asphyxiation event, and efforts to revive her were unsuccessful.

The circumstances surrounding her care raise deeply troubling questions about medication management, adherence to medical instructions, and the overall standard of care provided. In situations involving vulnerable individuals, even small deviations can have irreversible consequences.

This experience has had devastating and permanent consequences for my family. I have formally reported this matter and requested an investigation.

If you are considering this facility, I strongly urge you to ask detailed questions, closely monitor your loved one’s care, and not assume that protocols are being followed without verification.

I had to pick up a friend from here and Some of the staff and housekeeping were rude and disrespectful. He himself said it was a horrible experience and he will not be returning.
