This place has potential but they are under staffed. Further, they are being abusive by keeping my loved one over medicated. And they are constantly trying to kill him off by trying to get us to kill him with hospice. So, if you can afford to send your love one some where else, or keep them at home would be the best option ever. Because they don't even try to rehabilitate, they only try to kill people and put no effort forward with Rehab Services.

I personally like to take the time to thank all the stuff at Crisp regional nursing facility at 902 blackshear road. The staff is amazing. The daytime staff is phenomenal and so is the night time staff thank you guys for understanding and taking care of my mother as if she was your own. Also I would like to thank hospice nurses. Sheila Parker also Connie and Ashley have been wonderful along with Mandi. It makes it so much easier to have someone that will sit down and talk with you you guys will never know how much I appreciate you all. Continue to be blessed and I love each and everyone of you. Don't let me forget Anna and Brooke at the nursing facility because they love my mom like she's their own mom. If I could have given 10 Stars I would have had to give 5,000 and to the lady that walks around cleaning those rooms like she's cleaning her own house, I wish there was a way she could get a good raise or at least a good bonus one time because she treats people with the utmost respect!!!

My Uncle and an Aunt was in this facility. They both got skin breakdown, waited up to 4 hrs to be changed when wet or soiled. The CNAs as well as many of the few nurses seemed very unconcerned. It’s very disheartening. I live in Florida and couldn’t visit that often. I’ve been a Director of Nursing in several nursing homes so I know what quality care looks like. You really need to hire people that care and want to take care of old people or people with disabilities. Take pride in what you do. May more people give honest reviews!

One is the lowest I can go on stars; that is the only reason I gave them that 😕 This place is horrible, they were very negligent in the care for my mother, leaving her in ICU for over a month. The refused her baths, the administrators were very rude and they HAVE been trying to rob mom from day one! Watch how they code your loved ones stay because they know just what to do to leave you with a bill; my mom was there for rehabilitation only. They are just horrible all around!
