My sister spent her last couple of years at the Villas. We could not have asked for a better place for her. The staff was so caring not only to Sis, but to us as well.I cannot say enough about how friendly, caring, and welcoming they all were! The atmosphere was so positive, with other residence supporting one another. The facilities are lovely and well cared for. It felt like a beach villa with the skylights and plants. We will forever be grateful for helping us through this difficult process as much as they did our sweet ‘Sis.’

A1, 5 stars and two thumbs up. My mother was a resident for 5 years. The staff and other residents allowed her to not only laugh and smile but spend her last days with those that cared for her and made sure she left for that heavenly place we all hope to be one day. I could not count the number of times I would visit to find momma enjoying her day in a calm quiet environment just relaxing.<br><br>I never worried one minute knowing she was being cared for by the staff as if she was their mother.<br><br>If I had to go through the last days of losing a parent again I would want it to be just the way it was with her. In this loving, caring, clean environment. I can never say enough good things.

Amazing place! Everyone at Blackshear Villa was wonderful to my mom. It was the absolute best choice for her when she became unable to live on her own. The staff is caring, concerned, and loving to the residents and treat them like their own family. They are able to give family caregivers such a sense of peace knowing their loved one is safe and taken care of when they can’t always be there.
