Very low level of care. The facility is unclean, the administration had few answers to pertinent questions. As a registered nurse of 40 years I found the facility a disgrace to long term care.

Very low level of care. The facility is unclean, the administration had few answers to pertinent questions. As a registered nurse of 40 years I found the facility a disgrace to long term care.
