I truly believe the staff work hard to care for their patients. So many of them genuinely pour themselves into what they do. They take the time to really know the people they’re caring for, and that makes such a difference in the continuity and quality of care.

My mom is a resident at Crest Haven she's 93 years old every time we come to visit Josie Hill the receptionist never fails to welcome us and treat us with kindness and respect. She is one of the shining stars of your staff and we're glad to know her

I was at this nursing rehabilitation center a few weeks ago, and my mother stayed here for respite care. Overall, it was a very positive experience. I especially want to recognize a staff member named Latoya, who was incredibly helpful and kind. She treated my mother with genuine care, patience, and professionalism, and made sure she received top-notch service at all times. Her compassion truly stood out and made our experience much more comfortable and reassuring.

I am a liaison with a hospice agency who provides services at Crest Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center I go to a lot of facilities and have had a spectrum of experiences in doing so. I have found visiting Crest Haven a delight! The staff is friendly and helpful, I am always met with a smile when entering and at all the units and offices I visit while making rounds. I have worked closely with administration, admissions and of course nursing. All are wonderful, professional and truly caring. Communication and follow through from Latoya in admissions is above and beyond! I truly value my ability to partner with such a great facility in providing end of life care to their residents. Unfortunately it’s not always so cohesive and collaborative. Thanks to all for the special care you provide.
