⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My dad has been a resident on the third-floor long-term care unit, and I am so grateful for the care he receives. Every person I’ve met genuinely cares—not just about doing their job, but about the people they care for. They know my dad, take the time to talk with him, and have built real relationships with him. They treat him with kindness, compassion, and dignity. No place is perfect, and families should always stay involved and advocate for their loved ones. But I have peace of mind knowing my dad is in such caring hands. Thank you to everyone on the third-floor long-term care unit. Our family is truly grateful.

I was greeted at the front desk by a very nice lady! I went up to the 2nd fl and was greeted by a nursing staff, who informed me that my neighbor was in her room. While in the room, the physical therapist, very professional and helpful, helped us ring for the nurse for pain meds! He was working with the other patient. The nurse came a bit after we rang and then went to get the meds but it took a while. The PT went to the desk to remind them and then as we were leaving the room another nurse came with her meds! The PT guy was great! And everyone enjoys seeing Gail’s dog! Thank you!

This organization is professional, experienced, extremely courteous and responsible to their patients. I would highly recommend anyone who wishes to have a wonderful caring facility to look after their Senior loved one.

They requested a review. Here it is: this facility was a disappointment from the second I walked in. The front desk check-in was chaotic and unprofessional, and it only went downhill from there. The hallways smelled strongly metallic/like iron, and the aide assigned to my great aunt was rude and dismissive in a way that should never happen with vulnerable patients. One nurse was kind. Everyone else I encountered made this feel like a place where courtesy and care are optional. I left genuinely concerned.

Well run facility with a very nice staff. My mother is happy there. It feels like a second home in many ways. Very grateful we found CC to care for my 94 year old mother. She loves the meals and usually eats every last morsel. She has gained 10 pounds and we couldn’t be more pleased about that. We are rounding 3 years with our mother being at Complete Care. We are very pleased with her care. She will be 96 years old in March 2025 but she is doing very well and has pretty much has not declined in the last couple of years. She feels at home and we believe it is because of the kindness and loving care she receives every day.
