Creekwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a great place to get back to your activities of daily living. My brother in law was a patient in the Rehabilitation Center for Neuropathy. He went into the facility in a wheelchair twice. He was very weak and could not stand without assistance. He had loss most of his range of motion in his feet and legs. Within a matter of weeks, he was walking and back to driving. He was not walking at all. Thanks to Creekwood Nursing and Rehabilitation, my brother in law was able to walk again.

My grandmother was a long term resident and the staff was awesome with her. And I mother has been in for rehab multiple times…also the staff has been great!

Creekwood Nursing & Rehabilitation has been a wonderful place for our family. The staff is kind, compassionate, and truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel cared for and respected. The facility is clean, welcoming, and it’s clear that everyone works hard to provide the best care possible. We are so grateful for everything they do and highly recommend Creekwood to anyone looking for quality care.

My husband and I have our grandma at creekwood and they take amazing care of her!! She loves it there and we don’t have to worry about her (we live in Florida) Robin is an amazing person and cares about all the residents as though they were family!

Very clean and homey environment. Wonderful activities department that provides crafts and other fun engaging activities. The menu could use adjustment. Rehab department is great.
