Oakpointe is different from other assisted living facilities like "Musical Notes Nashville" whose bulk of employees can't even pretend to care, or worse consider their cares and concerns for their loved ones, "entitlement" or acting like a "princess" when you ask them to do what seems like ordinary common care-giving. I am so grateful for Nikki at Oakpointe and her caring staff. My dad is at home on the beautiful grounds, sharing life with friends he didn't have on his own. They put on great events and serve tirelessly, especially around holidays or birthdays. They have become part of the family and make me feel the same. Forever grateful.
