We’re very thankful that we found Creekside to rehab and care for our parent after a recent stroke. Every part of our experience was seamless - from the intake, to case management, to all the therapists, and the nursing & aids staff, janitorial staff and dining staff. We were so pleasantly surprised at how easy the experience was, given that elderly care can often be disappointing. The therapy team is quite amazing; on Fridays they do a very upbeat group session, and each day they provided therapy and helped our parent improve. Our case manager Emil was always helpful, no matter how small a question or detail. The nurse aid assigned to our parent, Nancy, is very personable and friendly. I wish I can mention everyone by name, but it would be a very long paragraph! As a team, they are seamless. They certainly helped us get through a tough situation, and we are grateful for all of them.

My parent checked into Creekside Post-Acute in order to rehabilitate from recent stroke. Creekside’s staff throughout are diligent, friendly and caring. The PT/OT/ST team works seamlessly together to optimize the patient therapy sessions, ensuring progress and safety. The bedroom and common areas are cleaned and mopped regularly if not daily, attended to frequently by nurses, nurse aids, therapists, and custodian staff. The administration team provided tour, patient transport, case management and onboarding support that have been prompt and efficient. The place is also positively diverse, multi language supported and all hands aboard mindset! Creekside really fits our needs as well as can be expected!

My mother spent 2 weeks after a hospital stay. When she got there it took two people to get her out of bed. Within a week she was walking with a walker. They took great care of her and we never had to worry about her care. I highly recommend Creekside.

My Dad was at Creekside for 6 weeks post-surgery and received wonderful care from the team there. We are very thankful to have found Creekside! The nurses and staff are patient and caring, despite being very busy. It’s a hard job, but the staff members are good natured and tend to the patients with great kindness and compassion. One of the highlights for us: my Dad had PT almost every day and it was truly excellent - a really important part of my Dad’s road to recovery. Thank you!!! Our case manager, Emil Baysa, was absolutely stellar. We were beyond fortunate to have him as a resource and partner during our time at Creekside and beyond. Very grateful to Emil and the rest of the team at Creekside. Thank you!

My mother had a two week stay at Creekside after a fall and injury to her shoulder. The staff is kind and caring. I was particularly impressed with our case manager Emil. Emil kept me updated daily on mom’s progress and also gave me good advice on my mom’s future care needs. I would recommend Creekside in the event your family requires a rehabilitation stay.
