My dad resides there. I’m getting calls all the time from Katrina saying my dad got this disease and that disease. Her latest call was to tell me that dad got diagnosed with the onset of dementia. This is not true, he is not on any new medication for it like she also claimed, nobody else sees it, not even his drs, nurses, aids or I. She is constantly saying he’s forgetful. Being forgetful and diagnosed with dementia is not the same thing. Sherri refuses to let her go. I’m sure I’m not the only family this is happening to. All she’s doing is fear mongering families, nothing of substance. She is not to be trusted ever. When she calls, I don’t believe a single thing she says til I talk with dad. She also claimed dad threatened his eye doctor to get in sooner than her appointment that she set up in 4 months. She’s mad he called himself and got in, in 2 weeks. She’s got to go!! Tomi is mad at dad for buying a griddle even tho he’s allowed to have $2000 in his bank account. She’s also mad dad’s bank won’t give her any info on dad’s finances without dad’s approval. Dad has not approved anything. Medicare/medicaid are paying for dad to stay there as long as dad. Creekside is getting paid twice. None of this should be ok with anybody!! Somebody should do something and now!!

Creekside gave good care for my brother, Robert Copeland, for two years, though he often complained about the food they served. They were always very good to keep me notified about Robert’s health issues. Tommy Baker was caring & loving and we appreciated her rapid responses when we needed her help. She was very dedicated and we loved her! The nursing staff was very good, very informative and very caring.

The staff is friendly and attentive. Every time I visit there's games in the recreation area. There's a gym for rehab. There's a pet rooster and other animals visit. My friend informed me there is a garden also residents can take care of. The building is older but clean and there are adequate sitting areas to go to and visit

Mom had the best care at the Springs! This facility both in the office and residential floor staff were so helpful and took very good care of my sometimes-difficult mother in the dementia unit. Kind and loving folks understood far better than I how to make mom happy, I learned a lot from them! Thank You so much!
